Return Policy

Huami Magazine Gear offers a full refund on any purchase that is not fulfilled. If you have purchased any product from our online store and haven't received it with 21 days after the promised delivery date, you are eligible to receive a full refund.

We do not accept any return items of which the packaging has been opened and if the items have been worn.  Damaged packaging must be resent in the form of which it arrives. Accompanying photos are suggested for damaged packaging items.
